Turn off the TV, the radio, your mobile phone, the internet. Stop listening to society do’s and dont’s and to your ego’s ideas when these tell you how hard everything is, that things have to be complex, that they have to break. That’s bullshit.
To hear what’s right, to be connected with your own soul and feel good with yourself, you need to simplify life: have simple thoughts, a simple vision, simple needs, simple and true feelings, no hidden agendas, just simplicity and sincerity – those come from the heart.
