If something bad happened to you in the past, stop crying for it over and over again. Stop seeing yourself as a victim. Don’t dwell in those past moments: see how that behavior is keeping you blocked from moving forward and how that is not helping you. The past has had its teachings, all the bad that happened was a lesson, but it’s now time to move on from it.
Let go of anger, remorse, guilt and all those negative feelings that are attached to those situations, and release them since they don’t serve you anymore.
