We picked some cards for you! As usual, the interpretations you can read below are our own (not verbatim from the deck’s booklets).
Note: The photo was shot on a coffee table we made out of recycled pallets; the top pallet, or table-top, has seven planks that we painted in rainbow colors.
Here are the cards we picked:
A) “True” from the “Magical Unicorns Oracle cards” by Doreen Virtue is telling you that whatever you were inquiring about is indeed true. If you are doubting about a situation, know that the truth and your answer lies within you – although you might not yet know it. Listen to your body signals and be honest with yourself and with others in what you say: even if the truth isn’t an easy one, you can find loving words to say it.
B) “Children” from the “Life Purpose Oracle cards” by Doreen Virtue says that your life purpose involves working with and/or raising children: this might refer to your personal life (having children, spending more quality time with your children) or to a profession or volunteer activity which involves educating or helping children in some way. Also remember that children are born pure onto this earth and that we should not super-impose our views of the world but be open to let children be our guide as they come with a wisdom and an innocence that has not been corrupted by any type of conditioning from society.
C) “Goddess of Creation” from the “Gaia Oracle” by Toni Carmine Salerno tells you to relax, to let go of rigid ideas of how certain things should be and to just take time and take care for yourself. You might have been worried, lately, or simply taking things too seriously or over-working yourself. Do not take your well-being for granted but allow ‘down’ moments and time to recharge yourself. Resting and allowing your subconscious to guide you through dreams for some time is not laziness, it’s prioritization of needs and listening to nature with its alternating busy and quiet rhythms: if you allow your body and mind to rest you’ll come out recharged and with new intuitions, insights and drive.
D) “Vegetarian/Vegan” from the “Angel Therapy Oracle cards” by Doreen Virtue is an invite to consider a change in diet that is more respectful to the environment. It isn’t “good-doism” just for the animals that suffer, that we are talking about, here, but just know that intensive cow and pig farming is one of the top contributors to global warming (more than cars!) and that by over-producing and over-consuming meat we might be already killing ourselves by messing up the entire planet.
Besides, when you don’t eat meat, your thought patterns change and you can start to really let go of low-level vibrations (such as fear, anger, sadness, envy, lust) that you absorbe from eating dead animals. This is an important step in your spiritual growth and it is no surprise that most major religions have prescriptions towards vegetarianism (full or partial) like Hinduism and Islam. Even in the Bible, in the letter of Paul to the Romans (Romans, 15:21) it is written “It is good not to eat meat or to drink wine, or to do anything by which your brother stumbles.”
We hope this reading was useful and inspirational for you – let us know!
Have a blessed day,
Jyothi & Daniele
