Welcome Summer!
The quote of today’s art is from Rob Brezsny‘s most excellent “Pronoia” book and, with today’s heat and the Cancer month just begun, makes me think of all the un-necessary structures that our mind – aided by society’s conditioning – puts in place to make us always desire something more, something better, something different… and that we need to get rid of those structures and mental patterns, we need to all get back to enjoy the simple pleasures instead.
I feel this season will help many people dismantle such constructs and see what things and people really matter, what’s truly important, what brings real joy.
The truth is under everybody’s eyes, the old structures are falling apart and many people are in denial but, nonetheless, they are falling apart.
