Hi! We (Daniele and Jyothi at Sanctuary of Joy) first visited Malta in 2003 – it was our honeymoon. Joshua was 4 yrs old and Jyothi was carrying Luca in her belly.
At the time we didn’t know much about this island, and largely ended up there because it was a relatively cheap destination and we wanted to get some sun, away from cold Holland for a little while 🙂
It turned out to be a memorable trip of which we have fond memories.
We especially loved the prehistoric temples in Malta: these are the oldest human-made building on the planet, predating even Stonehenge and the Pyramids at least 2000 years! Those peaceful neolithic people adored a ‘Great Mother’, or ‘Goddess’.
We were clearly divinely guided!
After 13 years from our first trip, we have undergone significant changes and growth – as individuals, as a couple and as a family, and we decided to return to this magical island in the Mediterranean sea with the intent to connect even more consciously with the energy of the Great Mother and Mother Earth, this time, and to show Luca and Sara these marvels as well.
Between now (we are leaving tomorrow morning early) and May 6th we’ll try to keep posting some cards and inspirational messages as usual (we have laptops), and probably share some ‘fresh’ insights from the island. You might want to Like our page and follow us if you aren’t already doing that 🙂
Anyhow, it’s a holiday – which means during this period (until May 6th) we won’t be ‘fully’ online for Reiki, card readings and other work…
